BUNGEE & PET PRODUCTS – LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE

BihlerFLEX® warrants that BihlerFlex bungee and pet products are free from any defects in materials or workmanship at the time of manufacture, and that the bungee and pet products will be free from degradation resulting from exposure to UV rays, or from exposure to certain chemical and gases.  If the original BihlerFLEX bungee or pet product was defective, you are entitled to a one-time, free-of-charge replacement.  Upon the return to us of the bungee or pet product, BihlerFLEX may agree to replace it, if the product is found, in the sole discretion of BihlerFlex, to be defective.  Any damage that is caused by abuse or misuse of the bungee or pet product is NOT covered by this warranty. To request a replacement, please email sales@bihlerflex.com, and include a picture, along with any other relevant information about the product or products that you wish to have replaced. The replacement of the defective BihlerFLEX bungee or pet product is your exclusive remedy under this guarantee.

DISCLAIMER

Effective January 1, 2018, these warranty terms and conditions replace and supersede in their entirety any and all warranty information contained on, or set forth in, existing BihlerFLEX® packaging, labels or instructions. BihlerFLEX disclaims any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of, resulting from, or related to, the use of any of these products, even if BihlerFLEX is expressly advised about the possibility of such damages. In some jurisdictions, limitations of liability are not permitted, and the foregoing limitations on liability may not apply. These warranties provide you with specific rights. You may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

ShockStrap warrants Cam Buckle goods sold by it will be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years following the date of sale. If any of the goods are found by ShockStrap to be defective, such goods will, at ShockStrap’s option, be replaced or repaired at ShockStrap’s cost. The parties hereto expressly agree that buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy against the ShockStrap shall be for the repair or replacement of defective goods as provided herein. The sole purpose of the stipulated exclusive remedy shall be to provide buyer with free repair and replacement of defective goods in the manner provided herein. Be advised that motor sports, vehicle transportation or using tie downs for other purposes are dangerous by nature and products are subject to failure. User assumes total responsibility for inspection prior, during, and after each use. Refunds

We want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please review our polices below.

Bungee Return Policy

We must receive your request for a refund within 30 days of the date you received your item. We'll accept return requests for refunds on items that are unopened, and that are in unused, original condition.

Pet Product Return Policy

We must receive your request for a refund within 30 days of the date you received your item. We'll accept return requests for refunds on items that are unopened, that are in original condition, and that have not been used by your pet (e.g., no chew marks).

Return Shipping

After you've submitted a return request to sales@bihlerflex.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your packaging.

The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. 

 

PROCESSING OF REFUND REQUESTS

(For both Bungee and Pet Products)

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will review your request and will inspect the products. We will send you an email to confirm that we've received your item, and that we are processing your request. 

If your return request is approved, the cost of the item will be refunded to you using your original method of payment. Payment companies differ in the amount of time they take to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, but it should be within two weeks.
